At Unit18, all products are made-to-order and carefully prepared before dispatch. Please review our shipping policy below.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days

  • Since our products are made-to-order, processing may take slightly longer during high-demand periods

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays


2. Shipping Time

  • Standard delivery time: 10–12 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS

  • You can track your order using the provided details


5. Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:

    • Weather conditions

    • Logistics issues

    • High order volume

  • Unit18 is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners


6. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details

  • Unit18 will not be responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer


7. Failed Delivery / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If an order is undelivered due to customer unavailability or incorrect details:

    • The order may be returned to us (RTO)

    • Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges


8. Damaged Package

  • If you receive a damaged package, please:

    • Record an unboxing video

    • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
