Refund & Return Policy – Unit18

At Unit18, we focus on delivering high-quality products. Since all items are made-to-order, we follow a strict return and refund policy.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged or defective
  • The product has a size issue (size mismatch from what was ordered)

No other reasons will be accepted.


2. Return Request Window

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
  • Requests made after this period will not be accepted

3. Proof Requirement

To process your request, you must provide:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)

Without proper proof, the request may be rejected.


4. Return Process

  • Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or ask you to ship the product back
  • The product must be unused and in original condition

5. Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the product
  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • In case of return, applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount

7. Non-Returnable Cases

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Wrong product selection by customer
  • Minor color variation due to screen differences

8. Important Note

Unit18 operates on a made-to-order model. Each product is specially prepared for you, so we maintain a strict quality and return policy.
