Refund & Return Policy – Unit18
At Unit18, we focus on delivering high-quality products. Since all items are made-to-order, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The product has a size issue (size mismatch from what was ordered)
No other reasons will be accepted.
2. Return Request Window
- You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period will not be accepted
3. Proof Requirement
To process your request, you must provide:
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
Without proper proof, the request may be rejected.
4. Return Process
- Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or ask you to ship the product back
- The product must be unused and in original condition
5. Refund Policy
- Refund will be processed only after we receive and inspect the product
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- In case of return, applicable shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount
7. Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product selection by customer
- Minor color variation due to screen differences
